9.51 build problem

Hi,

Currently trying to build 9.51 on an x86_64 box under Fedora Core 5.91
(6 test 2).

Compile goes fine until it hits anottlib/BMfile.c when it reports that 

librdf_serializer_rdfxml_constructor, librdf_heuristic_object_is_literal
are not included at the current scope.

Is there a patch for this?
