Feature request: ask "Operation will be redirected. Continue?" only once

When saving a document with PUT and the PUT is redirected, Amaya asks  
"Operation will be redirected. Continue?". This is fine, but I wish it  
would only ask it once per document per session, since otherwise I have to  
answer the question every save during an edit.
