Sug: Visible cursor change when hovered over links

Amaya 8.8.4, Windows 98 SE

All other browsers I have used display an altered cursor when a link is
hovered over.  This is default behavior separate from style applied via the
:hover pseudo-class.  It allows the mouse user to find or verify the
presence of a link regardless of the visual style applied to the link.

Suggestion: Add this capability to Amaya, in (minimally) the Formatted,
Alternate, and TOC views.
