Amaya 9.3 (failed save annotation)

Hello, Amaya team.

    Installation Amaya 9.3 on Windows 2000 sp4 Rus Proffesional has
    successfully.
    Default logon name enter cyrillic symbols.
    Amaya create C:\Documents and Settings\Cyrillic Name\amaya\.
    - Open document
    - create annotation
    - save annotation
    - failed save annotation and ... Amaya crash!
    If I create logon name latin symbols all works well.
