Open with: strange issue

Under WinXPPro SP2 until Amaya 8.x when I desire to edit HTML pages I  
always opened it with the mouse right-button function "Open with", and  
then selecting Amaya.

Under the 9.x version Amaya no longer appears in the "Open With" list,  
but, more strange, selecting "Choose program > Browse" and then selecting  
$\Amaya-9.3\WindowsWX\bin\amaya.exe Amaya doesn’t starts (is not possible  
to select OK).

Of course is not possible to set Amaya as favourite HTML Editor in IE  
properties/programs tab (Amaya isn't listed).

Just to be sure I’d also tried over two PC (both WinXPPro SP2) with the  
same result.
