More overlooked bug reports

The following bug reports, all of which were written against Amaya 8.8.4
during early February, have not received any response that I can detect.
All of these symptoms are still present in 8.8.5.  Refer to the www.amaya
mailing list for details.

Feb 5 - Target display lost if 'under' image
Feb 19 - CSS support for position: fixed in 8.8.4?  (Actually a question,
but depending on the answer may also be a bug report)
Feb 19 - Positioned elements change size
