Amaya 8.8.1
Windows XP

INS and DEL are not inserted as block-level when selecting one or more block-level elements as insert point.

Amaya behaviour:
<p><ins>paragraph</ins></p>
<p><ins>paragraph</ins></p>

Expected behaviour:
<ins>
<p>paragraph</p>
<p>paragraph</p>
</ins>

HTML 4.01 Spec. says that INS and DEL "may serve as either block-level or inline elements".
