Amaya 9.2.2 WinXP bug: some shorcuts do not work

Hi,

Some of the keyboard shorcuts do not work in Amaya 9.2.2 for WinXP:
* Division : Ctrl-H Ctrl-V
* Blockquote: Ctrl-H Ctrl-Q
* pre: Ctrl+H Ctrl+P
* strong: Ctrl-I Ctrl+S

If the second shorcut has a meaning (Ctrl-V = paste, Ctrl+Q = exit,
etc.), Amaya ignores the Ctrl-H. Then, Ctrl-H Ctrl-V is the same than
Ctrl-V, etc.
