bug: target attribute not shown

Hello,

when I select an a(nchor) element in an XHTML file, the "Attributes" list in 
the "Tools" subwindow doesn't contain an entry for the "target" attribute.  
With an HTML 4.01, it does.

Amaya version: 9.2.2
OS: Debian GNU/Linux 3.1 aka sarge
Platform: i686 PC
