Ctrl-Insert to copy

The Ctrl-Insert combination will not copy text on
version 9.2.1. It worked OK on 8.8.1.

Shift-Delete will not cut text on either.

Shift-Insert pastes OK on both. 

I am running Windows XP SP2.
