Hi there,

I started to use amaya 9.0 on linux debian and I wanted to conglatulate
you for the giant step you made with the GUI. It is pleasant to see, I
like very much the look of this new version.

I wanted to relate you some "features" I'm not happy with :

- When working on Structure view; the save icon (floppy) is not
effecient, clicking it does not save anything.

- When creating a document, If the button browse is clicked, the Open
file dialog is show, since it permits to navigate thrue directories, it
is impossible to type-in a new document name, only selecting those that
already exist.

- In New document dislog, it would be great to have the choice between
opening in a new tab on new window

- I liked very much the way amaya 8 was handling attributes values, I
frenquently have to apply the same attrbute value to several elements,
it was possible, keeping the attribute dialog open, and applying the
attribute value after changing the selection. I fear it isn't possible
with the new GUI

Keep on going with this good work !
