css float positionning

you'll find a linked file to this mail.
When browsing it with Amaya the "r" text appear in front of the image.
Shouldn't it be verticaly at the same level as the "l" text. It is displayed
like that with other new generation brothers.
Furthermore, the way display it doesn't seam to respect the 6th point "The
outer top of an element's floating box may not be higher than the top of any
line-box containing a box generated by an element earlier in the source
document." of http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/visuren.html#float-position.

Nota : I use Amaya 9.1.4 on Windows 2000 Pro.
