Hello Nacho,

Option.orig should be generated by configure step. I don't understand 
why it has been deleted by debian packages tools...
But maybe I have a fix for this problem.
Could you try to remove this line into Amaya/Makefile.in file :
include Options.orig
And try to rebuild.
