Yes. We don't have this kind of problem with GTK and Win32 versions.

There is no problem with the management of shortcuts. The limitation concerns 
only the string which declares the shortcut in menu entry because wxWidgets 
toolkit accepts only a limited set of strings. "Ctrl H P" is not accepted
