The "Known Issues With MathML" section of help pages says that "Amaya 
implements only the Presentation Tags from MathML 2.0, not the Content 
Markup".
Presentation and Content Markup are two different manners to see the same 
formula. The Presentation Markup is similar to Latex and the second is used 
to calculate the formula.
