Amaya 9.0 pre-4: Missing horizontal scrollbar

Windows XP SP2, Amaya 9.0 pre-4:

A character string in a table cell is too long to enable the containing 
table to fit in the current window width. A grey area appears at the bottom 
of the window but no scrollbar.
