Amaya 9.0pre2 WinXP bug: blank lines in css file are not easy to delete

Hi,

In Amaya 9.0 pre2 for WinXP, blank lines can not be deleted easily when
editing a CSS file.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create three blank lines in a CSS file.
2. Put the cursor in the middle line.
3. Try to delete this line using Delete or Erase keys (I can not)

* If the whole line is selected using F2, then the line can be deleted.
* If there is some text in the line, then Delete or Erase do work.
