Amaya 9.0pre WinXP possible bug: "Links > Add/Remove IDs" menu does work?

Hi,

In Amaya 9.0 pre for WinXP, it seems that "Links > Add/Remove IDs" does not
work. In Amaya 8.7 this menu opens a dialog window, but in Amaya 9.0 pre
nothing happens. Is it a bug or has the behaviour of this menu option
changed?
