Amaya 8.7 WinXP bug: Table creation bug

Hi,

Amaya window is closed if you:
1. Create a table
2. Create the thead element
3. Save
4. Create a second thead element (the thead is not created, but the save
icon is active).
5. Save
6. Reload (Amaya window is then closed; if it is not closed, repeat steps
4-5-6)
