Hi,

Amaya 8.7pre for Windows XP can handle html files with non-English
characters in its name (for instance, café.html), but it does not handle
properly css files with non-English characters in its name (for instance,
café.css).

The link tag in the html file is
  <link href="café.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
but the css file name created in the hard disk is "café.css"

This bug is also present in Amaya 8.5 for Windows XP.
