Hello, Amaya team.

According to the XML specification indicate:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="windows-1251"?>
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
       "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
  <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1251" />
.
.
<body xml:lang="en" lang="ru"

Choose item menu XHTML/Change Title, enter in dilogs russian symbol, save.
Open file in Amaya, title document read correct in Amaya window, open this file in MSIE 6 sp1 (rus) -
title document is show incorrectly in MSIE window. Open source page: element "title" contains not Russian symbols and
references to them. If enter directly russian symbol (in source) in element "title", title document at all it is not seen
in a window Amaya, but it is correctly read in a window MSIE.
Why so occurs?
My system Windows 2000 prof (rus) sp 4
