Can not install Amaya 8.3 XP

Hi

I have just downloaded (twice) and tried to install Amaya 8.3 
in Windows XP, but the installation fails.

The first window is shown ("This will install Amaya. Do you wish to conitnue?"),
I click Yes, but nothing happens after..
