pre release not catching all parse errors

the included file brings up error flags on w3.org and wdg html verifiers
Amaya doesn't give a warning message however...

i use amaya to verify docs as it has a great flagging mechanism but
there are a few areas where it still doesn't match name brand verifiers.

Amaya doesn't show parse errors. Should it not ???</p>
