[BUG] <style>@import url( relative url )</style> fails with http: // base URL

This mail is sent in my personal capacity only. Apologies for whatever mess
Outlook generates.
 
I can't see this one on the open bugs list, so here goes.
 
Platform Win2kPro, Amaya 8.0
 
Using this CSS declaration 
 
<style type="text/css" media="screen">@import url (screen.css)</style>
 
when working with the containing XHTML file and the CSS file both local, so
with file:// URLs, the style sheet data are included  (even if CSS
positioning is not honoured).  When all are uploaded to a web server, the
style data are not incorporated at all when the page is accessed (though
Mozilla and IE read the data OK).
