Sorry for the intrusion of off-topic stuff (but many CSS experts are here):
Could anyone here please tell me where the User's CSS file should go to make
Netscape 6 do the "!important" things right?  (Win 2000 platform.)
[Net & docs scoured already]. Please reply off list.
