Amaya 5.1 (Windows/NT): failure saving file

Hi,

I just noticed that Amaya 5.1 does not check if a "Save" was 
successful: I had "Saved as" a HTML file with Office 2000, and 
obviously it kept the file open or locked.

Amaya said nothing, but the file was always the same, even after I had 
saved several times in Amaya.
