It shouldn't because they aren't. This is the
	correct one (with the /):

	HTTP/1.0 200 OK
	Server: Apache/1.3.6 (Unix) PHP/3.0.11
	Last-Modified: Fri, 17 Dec 1999 17:19:13 GMT
	Accept-Ranges: bytes
	Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1
	Content-Length: 13864
	ETag: "47604c8-3628-385a7091"
	Via: 1.1 cache.www.uk.psi.net (NetCache 4.0R4)
	Date: Wed, 12 Jan 2000 13:49:17 GMT
	Age: 54
	X-Cache: MISS from athena.bts.co.uk
	Proxy-Connection: close

Without the /, the server redirects to the correct
one, but could return something completely different.
This is why missing the / is a bad thing; it causes
unnecessary internet traffic for the redirects.

	HTTP/1.0 301 Moved Permanently
	Server: Apache/1.3.6 (Unix) PHP/3.0.11
	Content-Type: text/html
	Location: http://www.w3.org/Amaya/
	Via: 1.1 cache.www.uk.psi.net (NetCache 4.0R4)
	Date: Wed, 12 Jan 2000 13:50:32 GMT
	Age: 53
	X-Cache: MISS from athena.bts.co.uk
	Proxy-Connection: close
