NT 2.4 Structure view not completely painted on scroll etc.

NT 4, Amaya 2.4

When one scrolls the structure view the area that was clipped on the right
not painted.

Stretching the window to avoid scrolling painted most of it, but appeared
to still not paint the right of the bottom line.
