two display problems on windows 98

demonstrates two amaya 3.1 problems on
a windows 98 system 

[1] table borders are drawn very thin and data inside
    (a color swatch) bleeds over left frame for each cell
[2] the table is inside a centered div object  but doesnt
    center ----  
neither problem exists on netscape 4, 6, mozilla, msie 5,
 webtalkster or hotjava 3  browsers ... 
all have thick frames and centered table
