Using Amaya 2.4 Win NT (and all recent previous versions), with no proxy set, I do the following: 1. Paste a URL on our web site into the Address field and hit Return. 2. Make an edit to the page 3. Do a Save. I invariably get an error that it cannot save. 4. Do a Save As... and take the default 5. It works fine. Other facts: Skipping step 3 has no effect other than avoiding the error message. Publishing prefs set to allow automatic redirection of puts to www.w3.org.
