Keyboard configuration

Is it possible to use the keyboard file to assign multiple commands to a
single key? For example

Ctrl <key> a: { TtcOpenDocument(); TtcInsertChar('xxx');
TtcCreateNewElement() }

or something like that? (I am looking for a simple way to hack together
macros.)
