OK, perhaps it is better to remove the doctype in some pages but, for 
instance, I do not understand why
doc\WX\SVG.html has a doctype
doc\WX\SVG.html.fr has no doctype

I was only suggesting that you could check if the doctype is missing 
from some pages.
