[Announce] Amaya 10 .1-pre4 snapshot

The snapshot Amaya 10.1-pre4 is now available. 

Major changes since amaya 10.1-pre3 are:
 o An important improvement of the SVG editor
 o The first version of the template editor
 o Several bug fixes
