Amaya crashes with past-end-of-document text/plain fragment identifier

Hello Yusuke,

I tried out the text/plain fragment identifers in Amaya 9.55.
For some examples, it works very well, e.g.:
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-wilde-text-fragment-07.txt#char=20090,20109

But a character count past the end of the document crashes
Amaya:
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-wilde-text-fragment-07.txt#char=20090,201090
The spec says that it should be interpreted as a fragment that
does up to the end of the document.

Can you check/fix this?
