[Bugs] Integral, accents and stretch

 The attached xml file lists some rendering bugs in the cvs version of Amaya. I have already mentionned the first two and I could fix it if I add new strech characters. The last one is about strech that isn't always visible and maybe requires a minimal heigth/length.
