[PATCH] 64 bit "int" -> "intptr_t" fixes for x86_64 with gcc-4.0.1

These patches allowed me to build Amaya with:
    ../configure  --with-wx --disable-redland --disable-annot
(I get other errors during linking to redland and annot.)

The patches are against CVS today.
