Reminder: deadline for last call comments on css3-speech

Hello chairs, hello WAI PF, Voice Browser and HTML Speech,

The last call for the CSS Speech Module:

ends on the 30th of September. There have been few comments. That may 
mean the specification is perfect, or it may mean people haven't sent 
their comments yet. So therefore this reminder:

If your group needs more time, please let us know quickly.


W.r.t. to the comments by Paul Bagshaw, please, consider the answers by 
Daniel Weck as the official answers from the CSS WG. (And Paul, please, 
let us know whether your issues are solved by them.)
