Updated ARIA Examples on CITA website

The ARIA examples on the CITA website have been updated to use JQuery for abstracting browser dependencies.

The overviews now provide information on browser compatibility for each example.

These will also be used as the basis test cases for testing OpenAjax Alliance accessibility rules for implementation of WCAG 2.0 requirements.
