I also noted that http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/aria/#aria-label

 

was not in the list for the aria-xyz properties listed for IE8
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc848873(VS.85).aspx.

 

Is this per chance or intended?
