[STYLE GUIDE] Grid example

Since we spent so much time talking about the grid and comparing with 
Excel, it probably makes sense to include a spreadsheet as an example in 
the grid section of the DHTML Style Guide:

Example:  An expense reporting spreadsheet where a user enters dates, 
descriptions and costs for travel expenses.
