Reminder: Style Guide meeting today

Don is on vacation so I will try to fill his shoes today. As before 
we'll be trying to nail down the desired keyboard navigation for grids.

I think Don has tried to capture the evolving proposal thus far in the 
section titled New Proposal. I see one open issue relating to inspection 
of grid cell content which is not editable. If we get that resolved 
maybe we can walk though a few test cases to make sure the solution 
holds up. Two are cited in the new proposal section. One of a mail grid 
and one of a teacher's grade book.
