I have built an example of a tabpanel using aria-multiselect. http://test.cita.uiuc.edu/aria/tabpanel/tabpanel2.php Is the keyboard behavior people are expecting? I am using aria-expand and aria-hidden to indicate which panels are visible, is this he best practice?
