Selectors API Last Call extended to 31 january 2008

the Last Call period for the Web API's Selector API working draft has
been extended from 6 january 2008 to 31 january 2008 -- this is a brief 
working draft which would benefit from as many read-throughs from 
implementors as possible, as regards selectors, ARIA, ARIA Best Practices 
and the DHTML Style Guide...
