SSML 1.1 call for 'hives'

Accessibility and i18n have been the primary commentors to the Speech
Synthesis Markup Language specifications.

So we have been asked if we can give the current draft of SSML a
quick look for major problems.

Note, for example, that in the changes we negotiated to the
Pronunciation Lexicon Specification it is implied that SSML should
implement @role for to allow one to distinguish homographs.
