Tab Panel Example

Here is a Tab Panel Example with the keyboard support we talked about last Friday's meeting.

The Tab Panel example only works in Firefox (xhtml) right now, we are working on adapting the xhtml example to an HTML version compatible with the IE event and CSS models.
