RE: Classification of AT in ATAG2

It is what we are doing (as in future tense).   Not what we have done (as in
past and current tense). 

Perhaps I should have said,  "precisely what we are planning on doing".

The user will never get to the tracecenter.org site.  That I can get there
tells me that this has not be implemented, and one only has to look at the
headers to see this so
