[XAG] definitions - use WAI glossary

Hi,

I propose that we agree to take our definitions from the WAI combined
glossary that Katie Haritos-Shea is editing, and if we don't like what is in
there make sure that it turns into something we can use (that way it should
be compatible across all WAI guidelines, helping translators and people
looking up terms in multiple guidelines).
