HEART of the BEHOLDER Movie Update - July 2005 ========================================= 1. Confirmation Emails 2. Reviews of Our Movie 3. DVDs sent to Lenders and Donators 4. Loans and Donations are now guaranteed 5. Upcoming Screenings 6. Make Money by Referrals =========================================================================== Thank You to all of our supporters who hung in there with us for the last 12 years it took to get Beholder made. It was a long trip and the movie has turned out to be better than most people thought it would be. Also, Welcome to the new supporters who have purchased our movie online. We still have a long way to go to get the attention of reputable distributors and you have the power to let others know about our movie through emails to friends or by posting comments or reviews on the Internet. PLEASE PASS THE WORD. =========================================================================== 1. Email Confirmations - We have many people who have been adding email addresses to our Fan Club without the consent of the email owner. A lot of those have come from religious people. We were asked to send out a confirmation email by our email service company to our entire list so we did. YOU DO NOT have to answer the marketing info that was asked. I didn't. We just wanted to confirm that you wished to stay on the list to and hopefully get the number of complaints down. =========================================================================== 2. Reviews of our Movie - Reviews of our movie from professional critics are coming in. DVDs Sent Out - DVDs have now been sent out to everyone who either lent us money or donated money to the production of our movie. IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE a DVD and you put money into the production as a loan or donation, then please send me a email with you name, address, and what money you gave us to Producer@Beholder.com. We were able to find everyone on our list except Fred Brendel of Atlanta, GA. If you know where Fred is or can contact him, then please have him contact me. =========================================================================== 4. Loans and Donations - Because of the death of my Mother and the settlement of her estate that is in progress, I am now in the position to guarantee all the loans with interest that were graciously given to us by people from around the world who supported our movie. I have also decided to treat all donations as loans and those people will also receive the same interest as our lenders. Thank you all for your wonderful help and support. As soon as the estate is settled, I'll send out an email with the approximate date that the checks will start going out. It will definitely be before the first of the year. =========================================================================== 5. Upcoming Screenings - HEART of the BEHOLDER will screen in London on July 8 and 9 and also in St. Louis on July 17. The writer/director and I will be at these screenings and would love to personally meeting our online supporters.
