We use the Apache Web server, which can be configured
to return different pages according to language preferences
set in the user's browser. Please consult the Apache
documentation [1] for information how to do this.

Are you aware of the ongoing French translations? 
The translations page for WCAG 1.0 [2] lists current
translators and a mailing list for information.
