展 会 展 望
东北三省是我国重要的工业基地，三省人口超过1亿，年社会消费品零售额超过2000亿人民币，是我国消费品巨大的销售市场。
东北是中国重要的粮食和副食品生产基地，粮油、食品工业是东北的支柱产业，食品企业超过7000家，到2010年这一数目每年还将保持12%的递增速度。
东北食品企业虽然众多，但大部分企业设备落后，生产工艺陈旧。产品档次低，据统计有73.4%的企业面临着必要的设备更新改造，东三省在未来10年中，在粮油、食品工业这一支柱产业的投资将超过2000亿人民币，进一步推动这一产业的发展。
大连是北方最开放的国际性城市，以其怡人的海滨景色，优越的投资环境，位居全国前列的消费水平和市场潜力、发达的展览业和展览馆，成为中国重要的展览名城和东北地区的物流中心，大连食品工业发达，食品企业2200多家，占东北食品企业的1/3，作为东北食品工业产业结构调整，技术设备革新的改革先导城市和样板城市，无疑是精明商家打开中国东北市场的首选之地。

一、食品加工机械
肉类、谷类、粮油、蔬菜等加工设备；水果、糖果、巧克力、豆制品、冰淇淋、食品添加剂、水产等加工设备；均质乳化、干燥、烘烤、清洗、灭菌、粉碎、过滤、膨化、浓缩蒸发等专用设备；啤酒饮料、纯净水、矿泉水等加工机械。
二、食品包装设备
充填灌装、封口贴标、收缩裹包、真空充气、捆扎打包、复合软包装等包装机械以及包装检测仪器等。
三、包装材料、容器制造机械
各类塑料、薄膜、纸板、纸筒、保鲜纸、包装带、热熔胶、防伪商标等各类包装材料和制造机械；制袋、制杯、制盒、制桶、制箱、制盖等容器成型设备 。
四、各种食品原料、配料、乳化剂、防腐剂、着色剂、甜味剂、抗氧化剂、保鲜剂、抗味剂及香精、胶类、油脂等添加剂
五、塑料机械: 塑料注射、挤出、中空成型机等加工机械、测试及控制仪器；后处理设备、表面处理技术；涂料打光设备及辅助设备和其他加工设备；各种充填、灌装等复合软包装机械及检测仪器；各种薄膜、复合膜、包装材料的制造机械和成型设备.

参 展 程 序
一、请用正楷详细填写2002年大连国际食品加工及包装机械展览会参展申请表签字盖章后，传真或邮寄至大会组委会。
二、申请表寄出后，请速将应付款项汇至组委会指定帐户，款汇出后请将银行出具的汇款凭证传真至大会组委会，如在10个工作日内展位款没有汇到者，组委会有权取消参展单位的申请，为保证展览会的整体行象，主办单位保留与参展单位协商并最终调整展位的权力。

As a major industrial base of China,the northeastern three provinces have a population of more than one hundred million. The annual retail volume of consumables in this area exceeds 200 billion RMB. The three provinces are a huge market for consumer goods.
The northeastern area is also one of the main bases of cereal and non-staple food. Industries of cereal and food are the backbone of the northeastern region. At present, there are more than 7,000 food enterprises in this area and this number will maintain an annual rise of 12% by year 2010.
Although there are a large number of food enterprises in the Northeast, most of their equipments and production technologies are very outdated, and the products are of low grade. According to the statistics, 73.4% of the enterprises have to renovate their equipment. In the coming ten years, more than 200 billion RMB will be invested in the cereal and food industry to promote their further development.
Dalian is the most open cosmopolitan city in North China. She is famous for her beautiful coastal scene, advantageous investment environment, leading consumptive level, great market potentials and advanced exhibition industry. All these make Dalian a famous exhibition city and a freight center in China. Food industry in Dalian is quite flouring. There are more than 2200 food enterprises in this city and the number is 1/3 of the total one in the Northeast. As a leading model city of structure adjustment and renovation of technology and equipment, Dalian is no doubt your first choice to develop the market in Northeast China.
“Dalian International Food Processing & Packaging Machinery Expo” has been held successfully for five times. The 2001’ exposition attracted hundreds of domestic exhibitors from 30 cities as well as foreign exhibitors from different countries.The overseas exhibitors accounted for 30% of the whole. At this exposition, the volume of business amounted to 120 million RMB. We estimate that in 2002 it will reach 200 million RMB.
The 6th exposition gets great supports from Dalian Municipal Government, provincial and municipal economic associations and food industry associations. Box stand machine, box sealing machine, container production equipment, pulp molding processing equipment, bottle-test machinery, label sticking, metalzing plating machinery, code equipment, honeycomb board paper machine, vacuum package machine,shring package machine, pharmaceutical package machine, plastic processing machinery and relevant accessories, all kinds of packaging materials, coding machine and jet code machine.
FOOD INGREDIENTS AND ADDITIVES
Food ingredients, emulsifier, flavors, essences, vitamins, nutrition enhancer, pigments, enzyme preparations, thickeners, stabilizers, sweetener, preservatives, quality improver, starch, anti-staling agent, acids, gum, fats etc.
Organization and Propaganda
1. Directly organize the dealers to purchase in the exhibition hall through commercial channel.
2. Mail 10,000 propaganda materials, 2,000 invitation cards and 100,000 tickets to professional associations and companies.
3. Advertise the exposition on famous commercial and professional publication, newspapers and magazines to attract the attention of professional figures.
4. Send the finished press release to the domestic media to give the information about the exposition to the public.

2. Security guards provided for the exhibition hall during the setting-up, exhibition and dismantaling; general cleaning of passage ways.
3. Exhibitors will be invited to attend the opening ceremony and other activities.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:
1. Fill out , chop or sign the application and registration form and return it to the organizers by fax. This will be viewed as booth reservation.
2. Please make payment to the appointed bank.
3. Fax the bank receipt to the organizers within 15 days after you fax the application form.
4. Upon receiving the payment, we will decide the booth number. Booth allocation is on the base of “first come, first served”.
5. The organizers will confirm the booth information with the exhibitor. Meanwhile, the “Exhibition Manual” will be sent to the exhibitor. If you need the services described in the manual, please fill out the relevant forms and return them to us.
